Q1: Do you have advantages on quality and price?
A: We have a fully in-house service from mold design, casting, machining, to assembling, which guarantees high quality at competitive prices.
Q2: How long is your lead time?
A: Lead time varies by season and order quantity. Generally, we deliver goods in 20-40 days (excluding shipping time).
Q3: What are your payment terms?
A: We prefer T/T 30% as a down payment with the balance against the B/L copy. We also accept 100% LC at sight.
Q4: What is your MOQ?
A: For each size, the MOQ is 10pcs. We accept both FCL and LCL shipments.
Q5: Can you provide samples?
A: Samples of normal specifications are available. The sample is free, but the buyer pays for the freight.
Q6: Can you handle the shipping process?
A: We take care of shipping under CNF or CIF terms. For FOB terms, we can support the buyer in finding a suitable shipping forwarder.
