❓
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What do you need to provide a quote?
Please kindly send us the drawing of your product. Details should include: Materials, Surface Finish, Tolerance, and Quantity.
2. What is your payment term?
Normally T/T 50% in advance, with the balance to be paid before delivery.
3. If we don't have a drawing, can you make one for us?
Yes, we can create drawings based on your physical sample and duplicate the part. Providing a STEP file will result in a quicker quotation than 2D drawings.
4. What is your after-sales service policy?
We follow up on the application of our metal parts to your products and await feedback. Our experienced engineers are ready to assist with any technical questions.
5. How soon can I get samples?
Depending on your specific project requirements, it usually takes between 15 to 20 days to produce samples.
6. What materials can you cast?
We specialize in a wide range of materials including various grades of Stainless Steel (304, 316, etc.), Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel.
